Like many commoners and celebrities, ace cameraman PC Sreeram is one of the residents of Chennai who had to undergo ordeals due to the recent Chennai floods. He lives in Alwarpet and the logged water combined with drainage water started creating problems for the residents, including PC Sreeram.

Angered by the slow pace of the Municipal Corporation of Chennai, the ace cinematographer chose to protest against the Corporation asking to speed up the clean up the water which is logged. Moved by the protests, immediately the logged water was drained away from the area by the Municipal Corporation employees.
It’s not only Sreeram, many Kollywood celebs are actively helping the people of Chennai in every possible way. They aren’t re tracking from even blasting the government and it’s lack of proper planning in providing relief work in the flood affected areas.
