A roulette wheel, a casino floor and a group of young people looking for a way forward the teaser of Pocket Rockkets places its characters in situations where fortune can change with a single move.
Presented by Niharika Konidela’s Pink Elephant Pictures, in association with Maximum City Studios, the film is written and directed by Rudra Atri. The teaser moves from financial pressures to the atmosphere of gambling.
The characters’ aspirations emerge in a conversation about making the most of an opportunity to change their lives. Around them, casino lights and roulette tables highlight the risks involved. The teaser raises a central question: can an opportunity deliver the future they imagine, or will the wager come at a greater cost than expected?
Conversations among the young characters provide a contrast to the casino’s tension. Rather than explaining the full plot, the teaser presents encounters and visuals, leaving the characters’ next moves and the consequences of their decisions open.
Pocket Rockkets features Trinadh Varma, Nirmal and Shriya Kontham, with JD Chakravarthy in a key role. It is produced by Padmaja Konidela, Rahul Raghavendra and Rahul Nimmakuri, with Ramesh Manyam as executive producer. Edurolu Raju handles cinematography, Gyaani composes the music, and Anwar Ali is the editor.
With its casino backdrop and characters looking for a turning point, the teaser introduces a story about risk, ambition and uncertain outcomes. Pocket Rockkets is scheduled to release in cinemas on December 11, 2026.
