With just two days to go for the release of Bengal Tiger, the real question being asked now is can this Mass Maharaja Ravi Teja starrer beat the star’s own previous effort Kick 2 in terms of openings?

Kick 2 as many might be aware is the biggest opener in the career of Ravi Teja with little under 6 Cr opening day figure. So far going by the advance reports in trade it looks difficult for Bengal Tiger to beat that mark. Unlike Kick 2 which came with the sequel hype Bengal Tiger on its own is failing to get that additional impetus.
Leaving aside the Kick brand even the music of the film Bengal Tiger has failed to create any impact. It can also be seen as reason for the lack of initial interest. Still the promos look interesting containing lots of glamour quotient and with it being first out and out commercial venture after some gap, good word of mouth can surely propel it to big number in final cume.
