It was an obvious question before the film’s release if Vijay Deverakonda has copied any of the politicians’ look for the Chief Minister role he played in ‘NOTA‘. In an interaction with the media before the film’s release, Deverakonda said that he copied KTR looks for his role as a young politician unlike the Khadi look of the senior politicians.

But, nowhere in the movie does one will remember KTR’s style with regarding to the clothes or looks. Adding to this, his character as the Chief Minister calls to clean Musi River in 3 years of his tenure believing that such kinds of works will fetch him votes rather than door to door campaign in the next elections.
This sequence is more like a troll as KCR spoke so much about cleaning Musi and building parks etc. near the Musi but never really started anything in that direction. In a way, it looked like a satire cum troll on the Chief Minister’s promise in Telangana. There was a controversy prior to the release that NOTA is favoring the ruling party in Telangana but nothing that sort is showed in the movie.
