Experience teaches man to get rid of some illusions we harbour. Film maker Gunasekhar seems to have learnt his lessons well using the stereoscopic 3D format while shooting for his historical drama ‘Rudramadevi’. In a candid conversation with media, Guna accepts his mistake.

He now understands that 3D isn’t going to work for Indian market, especially to regional market. But that he understood mid way of his historical project, when he can’t go back. Speaking on the technicalities, Guna explains how changing lens for normal camera takes only 3-4 mins while it takes around 40 minutes to make lens alignment for the two camera lens which act as right and left eye to give 3D effect.
On 9th October, Guna is releasing ‘Rudramadevi’ in both 2D snd 3D formats. According to him, he has been undergoing labour pains to release the film since many days.
