January 24th, 2014 seems to be one of the happiest days for Bollywood Superstar Sanjay Dutt as he was out of jail on furlough for 14 days to spend this Christmas and new year with family. This is not the first time the actor was out of jail. Earlier too he was out on parole citing his wife Maanyata’s illness. She had been suffering from some chronic liver ailment.
Sanjay Dutt even got parole extension citing the same reason and many slammed Yerwada jail authorities granting parole extension for 30 days. He got this extension by submitting his wife Maanyata’s medical reports. Now the latest controversy on this parole is related to Aamir’s latest release PK. Sanjay Dutt did a special appearance for PK and received good reviews for his performance.
