Actor-filmmaker Kamal Haasan after a short break, will resume shooting for Tamil thriller “Papanasam” in Thodupuzha today. The film is the remake of Malayalam blockbuster “Drishyam”.

The film’s crew moved from Thirunelveli to Thodupuzha recently, and they’re actually shooting in the same house where the Malayalam version was also shot. Changes will be made to the house to make it look a Tamil household.Apparently, the Telugu version was also shot in the original house.
Directed by Jeethu Joseph, who helmed the original, the film features actress Gauthami in a comeback role. Audiences are really looking forward to see Kamal and Gauthami together on screen after almost two decades. They’ve worked together in several films.
