Telangana chief Minister K Chandra Sekhar Rao is in no mood of entertaining his Andhra Pradesh counterpart. He is clear in his agenda to treat Chandra Babu as an alien and make him and his party as an alien to the people of his region. In his press meet following the second cabinet meeting, KCR made few harsh comments on Chandra Babu, “Maaku neetho entha avasaram undho? Neeku maatho anthe avasaram undhi. Ollu daggara pettukuni pani chesuko. (You need us as much as we need you. Be careful and work in your limits).

After delivering the message, KCR sugar coated it and said he is ready for cross table discussion with Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister. It is known that Chandra Babu had been extending invitations to Telangana government to sit and resolve several issues plaguing the state but KCR never responded. Recently Chandra Babu even wrote an official letter to KCR on fees reimbursement issue but KCR never cared to reply. KCR’s son, KTR always ridicules that Chandra Babu, the other state Chief Minister is as good as the Karnataka state chief minister to his government.

The nativity rules set by KCR for fees reimbursement were point of discussion from the past few days. KCR had made clear that he will be paying the fees of only those families who are in Telugu before 1956 i.e., when the united state came in to existence. To escape the legal problems, KCR completely cancelled the fees reimbursement program. Our readers are aware that it was a program introduced by the then Congress government.

Telangana government will discontinue saying it is not their program and will start a new program which will fit in to the nativity rule set by the government. KCR ridiculed Chandra Babu why they can not pay the fees of their students when they can afford Lakhs of Crores to build state capital. We will have to see how AP government reacts to this!
