When someone says ‘Mohan Babu was a fitting master’, we have to believe it because the person who said this is none other than Mohan Babu’s mentor veteran film maker Dasari Narayana Rao. Dasari is one director who had directed both Mohan Babu and his son Manchu Vishnu.
Speaking on the similarities and differences between father and son, Dasari spoke his mind on them. He opines as actors both are very punctual. Mohan Babu never came late to the shooting spot, and except for once with prior permission, even Vishnu is sincere in maintaining punctuality. He considers both as good actors.
Coming to the differences between the two, Dasari says that Mohan Babu was comparatively naive in the initial stages while Vishnu is well versed with all the departments of film making even before into films. One more difference between the father-son duo is, Vishnu is plain while his father Mohan Babu used to be a fitting master between heroines on sets. If Dasari says so, we have to believe given to that he is the mentor of dialogue king Mohan Babu, shouldn’t we?
