Mrunal Thakur recently shared insights into her journey with the upcoming film Pooja Meri Jaan, revealing that she had to go to great lengths to secure her role.

She revealed, “When I found out this film was being made, I fought for that role—I gave multiple auditions and screen tests. I had to literally beg for it.” Thakur explained that she was initially informed that another actress was being considered for the part, which motivated her to fight even harder to secure the role she truly wanted.
The film was completed two years ago and is anticipated to be released this year.
