It was yesterday that superstar Mahesh Babu confirmed that the project with Mani Ratnam is on and the team is currently working out his dates for the film. In a recent interview, Nagarjuna said that he is not doing the film with Mani and is instead waiting to start shooting with junior NTR as soon as possible. This definitely comes as a shocker for fans of Nag who were hoping to see him work with Mani again.
Meanwhile Nag is getting ready for his television as the host of Telugu version of Kaun Banega Crorepati. He has gotten in touch with Big B to take tips about how to host the show. He is also basking in the success of Manam, and says he still can’t believe that the film turned out to be a huge hit. He never thought his father could finish shooting and dubbing for the film on time. He is also seriously thinking of getting into production full time as he wants to clear the position for his sons to take over. It is most likely that soon after the debut of Akhil, Nag might stop acting.
Looks like Nag has almost reached the fag end of his career but will he for real stop acting to make way for his sons? We have to wait a little longer to find that out.
