Nani HIT 3 Suriya Retro Vishnu Kannappa

The teaser of HIT 3, starring Nani and directed by Sailesh Kolanu received a strong positive response, quickly gaining a record number of views. It even surpassed the views of Vijay Deverakonda’s Kingdom teaser.

In HIT 3, Nani plays a powerful police officer, and his look and teaser have already been revealed. The movie is set to release on May 1, and as of now, there are no other major Telugu releases on that date. This means HIT 3 might get a solo release in the Telugu states.

However, Kannappa, starring Manchu Vishnu, is scheduled to release on April 25, a week earlier. The Prabhas factor is the biggest pull in Kannappa. If the film turns out to be a surprise, then it might affect HIT 3 but the damage will be minimal.

Meanwhile, Retro, starring Suriya and directed by Karthik Subbaraj, is also eyeing a May 1 release. The movie has almost completed its shoot, and the makers are planning to release its teaser and songs soon. Tamil media circles believe Retro’s release on May 1 is almost confirmed.

In addition, there are rumors that Vikram’s Dhruva Natchathiram might also release on the same day. However, since Dhruva Natchathiram has been delayed multiple times, its impact on HIT 3 won’t be that much.

The real competition for Nani’s film will be Retro. If Retro gets a positive talk, then it might affect HIT 3 significantly.
