It is quite common for fans of a hero to wait for the first look teaser/ trailer but in the case of Rajinikanth, the entire nation is in the waiting mode. The first look trailer of the actor’s next, Kochadaiyaan will be unveiled at Cannes film festival which begins on 15th of this month. Rajinikanth and the movie unit of Kochaidaiyaan will walk the red carpet there.

This film’s post production work nears completion and makers are putting efforts to release the film in the first week of July. The Telugu version is titled has ‘Vikramsimha’. This is set to be India’s first motion capture film and Rajni will be seen in dual role as father and son. While Shobana is cast opposite Rajini for one role, Deepika Padukone is the love interest of younger version of Rajinikanth. The film is being directed by Rajinikanth’s daughter Soundarya. A.R.Rehman has composed the music.
