Earlier in the summer there was a embarrassment of sorts when two Hollywood films had bigger openings than all Bollywood releases at that point. In fact one of them Fast and Furious 7 went on to become the first 100 Cr Nett film beating all other Bolly films this year. Now it is looking at another such similar situation.

A new Hollywood film Jurassic World is opening this week and going by the advances it is getting, Bollywood trade is predicting that this Hollywood release will easily overtake the local release Humari Adhuri Kahani. Unless a great pick up happens it would be difficult for the Hindi film to match the Jurassic World numbers, let alone overtake it, they say.
Humari Adhuri Kahani stars the Emraan Hashmi and Vidya Balan pair of the sensational The Dirty Picture. But barring that one, other films featuring the pair have been failures. It has put the box office prospects of the film made by, Ek Villain and Ashiqui 2 director, Mohit Suri in jeopardy.
