Looking at recent hit films like Dookudu, Baadshah and Attarintiki Daredi Brahmi becomes a must for even big ticket films. But he played the spoilsport as audience did not like lengthy comedy in the second-half of Attrantiki Daredi, according to film analysts. Comedy track with Brahmandam was forcibly incorporated deviating from the main story. After the interval, many viewers anticipated emotional scenes and powerful dialogues between Nadia and Pawan but those were ignored.
Almost half-an hour was allocated for the Indra-Ahalya comedy scenes apart from other entertainment bits. Though the kids enjoyed those scenes, elders couldn’t like it much with the missing of the main story at the crucial time. Super hit comedy track in Gabbar Singh might have prompted movie makers to follow the formula but it did not work out in the theatres.
Relief comes only at the railway station scene where Nadia knew about the killing of Pawan’s mother after she angrily left home along with hubby 25 years ago. It is the real twist that helped the movie to have a meaningful climax.
