For the star celebrities in the glamour industry, the next big thing to get financial benefits is definitely endorsing commercial products. Samantha had been endorsing a detergent brand recently, and we know that her father-in-law Nagarjuna also endorses another detergent brand.
It’s understood that both the brands are rival brands and they want to out-do each other. Here, the point of discussion isn’t endorsing rival brands but taking a direct dig on the claims made by the other. For his brand, Nag asks the consumers to first use and then, believe the brand.
As a retort to this claim, Samantha is seen questioning when people have tested the brand in lakhs of homes, why would there be a need to test in the labs. By the way, Nag’s advertisement shows him in a lab testing the detergent.
Well, this isn’t unusual but taking a direct dig at Nag could be avoided say the people who think that Sam could have had a word before approving the satirical script for the video advertisement that looks as if Sam is targeting her father-in-law’s words instead of the brand.
