Senior actor Tanikella Bharani has made a startling revelation about himself where he was forced to vacate his house. The popular character artiste has said that during the initial days of his career, an unpleasant experience indeed happened.
“I was newly married and was looking for a house. We got into Raalapalli’s house, where we were staying on the ground floor. One fine day, the concerned person informed me that he is selling the ground floor and insisted that I buy it,” says Tanikella Bharani.
The actor continues stating that the deal was struck for Rs 3 lakh which was a huge amount back then, almost 40 years back. “Though I was skeptical, I went ahead and gave him money in installment. I paid nearly one and a half lakh. With the lack of offers I couldn’t pay the remaining, this is when the trouble started,” he says.
Tanikella Bharani was pressurised to pay the amount immediately without giving any time. The actor was later asked to vacate the house on failing to pay the amount. The actor was forced to move away from his house and was also not given the amount he paid so far. The actor was helpless and wanted to get his hard-earned money back.
Tanikella Bharani says that with the help of co-artsite Tarzan he got his money back. Tanikella Bharani got only Rs 50,000 back, while the rest was still pending. One fine day, Tanikella Bharani went to meet the man and found him in a paralysed condition, which he considers it as karma.
