Teja Sajja has another trophy for Mirai. The actor won Best Actor at SIIMA 2026, making his performance in the fantasy action film one of the big talking points from the Telugu winners list.
Aishwarya Rajesh also walked away with a major honour. She won Best Actress (Critics) for Sankranthiki Vasthunam, which had more than one reason to celebrate. Bulli Raju, the child artiste from the Venkatesh-led film, won the Best Comedian award.
The wins did not stop with acting. Ramana Gogula took the Best Male Playback Singer award for Sankranthiki Vasthunam. Sameera Bharadwaj won Best Female Playback Singer for “Premalo” from Court: State vs a Nobody.
For Teja, the SIIMA win adds to the attention around Mirai and his performance in the film. Sankranthiki Vasthunam, meanwhile, continues to pick up recognition across different categories, with Aishwarya Rajesh and Bulli Raju bringing home acting honours and Ramana Gogula adding one for the music.
The Telugu winners have given the awards night a strong Tollywood flavour, with some of the year’s popular performers and films getting their moment on the SIIMA stage.
