Suriya and Samantha’s upcoming movie ‘Anjaan’ releasing under Lingusamy’s direction is in its final leg of shoot. Makers, who announced a date for the first look teaser trailer earlier, had to postpone their idea since Vijay-Murugadoss’ much awaited movie Kaththi’s first look teaser was also planned to release at around the same time. Now that that’s done, ‘Anjaan’ makers are set to launch the first teaser on 5th July. Interestingly, both the films have popular actress Samantha as the female lead.
UTV Disney’s South head, who watched the first cut of the trailer, posted a tweet on his social networking page stating, “Watched the rough cut of #Anjaan teaser…wow. Superb visuals & Suriya sir is so stylish & bang on. Wait for 5th July. Anjaan teaser will be for 1 minute friends… It will be stylish, grand & entertaining. Wait till 5th July.” Suriya’s new and stylish look in the film has already upped the style quotient of the film and having Samantha as the female lead will be a huge bonus for Telugu market. Anjaan’s Telugu version ‘Sikandar’ is expected to hit the screens on August 15.
