WhatsApp scams are common these days. Scamsters use a false identity to scam people. Here’s one such instance involving native Telugu actress Chandini Chowdary.
Chandini has been dragged into an international WhatsApp scam and the actress took to Instagram to comment about the same.
“For the past few months, many international numbers have been using my number and also that of my colleagues to scam others by asking for personal information. I hereby urge everyone not to react to such scams” Chandini wrote on Instagram.
She even shared a couple of screenshots of international scammers using Chandini’s photo to chat with others and asking for sensitive information.
The actress urged everyone not to entertain such illicit chats and insensitive conversations on social media and other texting platforms.
