Sreerama Chandra is hosting the Telugu Indian Idol reality show for Aha Video. Thaman, Nithya Menen, and Karthik are the judges. The show has entered into a new level where elimination is expected to take place in the current segment.
Retro special is the latest segment of the singing reality show.
Participant 1: Vaishnavi
Vaishnavi who is called Shreya Ghoshal of the show sang ‘Na Paruvam Nee Kosam’ song and came up with some interesting interludes that added glamor to the song. The judges gave positive compliments and declared it as Bomma Blockbuster performance.
Participant 2: Lalasa
She sang Masaka Masaka Cheekatilo from the film Devudu Chesina Manushulu. The judges felt that she failed to recreate the magic in the voice of LR Eshwari, for this song. However, they termed it an interesting performance.
Participant 3: Srinivas
He sang Kurralloy Kurrallu song but the judges disliked it. Everyone called it a disappointing performance and asked him to do well next time. The team made fun of him by officially revealing his girlfriend to the public.
Participant 4: Renu Kumar
He sang Bujji Pelli Koduke song and he failed to bring in good compliments. But, the judges complimented his singing style.
Participant 5: Jayanth
Jayanth crooned Oho Laila O Charu Seela. Jayanth shifted his game and picked a romantic song that received positive compliments from all. The judges termed it a Bomma Blockbuster performance.
*Special Guest Vishwaksen*
Vishwaksen attended the show as the chief guest to promote his upcoming film Ashoka Vanam lo Arjuna Kalyanam. He danced with two participants and also cracked jokes with a couple of other housemates. He spoke about his film and asked everyone to watch it. The film is releasing next month.
