Right from the beginning, two big names had been making rounds with regard to Venky’s movie ‘Guru’. Finally, the big name was revealed and it was Pawan Kalyan. Though there is no official announcement, Pawan’s cutout in the shooting spot of the film clearly gives away the obvious.

A pic from the shooting spot is going viral on the Twitter. Heroine Ritika Singh will be seen as a girl who is a die-hard fan of a star hero in the film. In the original Tamil movie, the actress was a fangirl of Dhanush. That means Pawan Kalyan replaced Dhanush for the Telugu remake ‘Guru’ of ‘Irudhi Sutru’.
Pawan Kalyan is neither going to share screen space with Venky nor part of the film. Even a cutout of Pawan Kalyan is something for the Powerstar fans and it would be no surprise if they choose to promote ‘Guru’ as if it is a Pawan Kalyan starrer. Venky is essaying the role of a boxing coach in this upcoming movie.
