As many as 14 Movies are lined up for the December 9 Release. Most of these are dubbed films, and many don’t even know such movies exist.
These movies are ready to fight it out on December 9 because from the next week till Sankranthi, some of the biggest movies are scheduled to release, starting with Avatar: Way Of Water on December 16. These movies have no option but to release on December 9 or get postponed by two months.
Some of these movies wanted to get released on OTT directly, but according to the latest rules, streaming platforms will buy any movie only after its theatrical release. This new rule has pushed these small filmmakers to release them in theaters first, however embarrassing their run may be.
Satyadev and Tamannaah’s Gurthunda Seetakalam is also releasing among the December 9 releases but nobody knows about it.
