A new teaser of Pawan Kalyan’s Ustaad Bhagat Singh was released the other day. The teaser garnered wide attention as it features a couple of dialogues about Jana Sena’s party symbol, the Glass Tumbler (tea glass).
These dialogues led to multiple discussions on social media. Some individuals objected to it, citing its release during the election period.

In a press conference held today, AP’s Chief Electoral Officer Mukesh Kumar Meena was asked about the dialogue in the Ustaad Bhagat Singh’s teaser.
He stated that individuals could use such dialogues, which would be considered as political advertisements. However, he emphasized the necessity of obtaining permission from the ED before releasing such content.

He said, “I have not seen the teaser so I can’t comment about it right now. One can use it as a political advertisement. But for that, they need to submit an application before the content’s release. If a tea glass is shown in the teaser, the movie’s team will be served with a notice to apply for pre-certification.”
