The Sunil starrer, Edu Gold Ehe has finally hit the screens last Friday after a huge round of promotions. The reviews were quite disappointing and the same fact was agreed upon by the film’s director Veeru Potla.

Speaking about the outcome he said that after seeing the response from the audience he was hugely disappointed along with his team. But once the film moved to the second and third day he felt happy and relieved as the word of mouth was quite strong.
The film is managing some decent business in the B and C centres of the Telugu states but is a washout in the overseas market which is never a strong zone for Sunil.
The director was also the first one to approve that the competition for his film was quite high and this is also one of the reasons for the film to pick up slowly.
