Looks like, the actress gave a complaint to the police who are investigating the matter. Once, it is sorted out, she would inform her followers. Security of celebrity accounts on social media platforms has always been a concern.
Hackers target celebrities more as it is easy to track their official pics and other IDs through various sources. Cyber celebrity experts do agree that the attempts to hack the celebrity accounts had been more in the recent past.
Another celebrity, one of Big Boss Malayalam contestant, Alasandra Jhonson’s social media account was also hacked. In his case, his Instagram account was hacked. Looks like, Mollywood celebrities were targeted by hackers more, in the recent past.
