Director Ram Gopal’s career have been on the downwards swing for a while now. His latest hit Amitabh Bachchan starrer Rann was in 2010 and since then he hasn’t made a decent film let alone a commercial success. The films he made like Dongala Mutha, Bejawada (as producer) as well as the much publicised The Attacks of 26/11 all failed at the box office. Now the director is hoping for his film Rowdy to get a successful run at the box office. RGV fans hope every upcoming film from the director would be his come back film. Will ‘Rowdy’ be that one?
Meanwhile, looks like RGV’s favorite genre horror bug bitten Vishnu Manchu after working with him for Rowdy. We hear that he is teaming up with actor and producer Vishnu Manchu to make a horror film of which Manchu would be the actor. It would be Vishnu’s first horror film although the two are waiting to see how Rowdy will do at the box office before they go further with this idea. Rowdy hits the box office on the 4th of April.
