Andhra Pradesh IT Minister Nara Lokesh said there are ample opportunities for companies to invest in the state. He participated in the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) Infrastructure Conclave today in Visakhapatnam.
Speaking at the event, Lokesh said the government is taking all necessary steps to provide facilities and amenities for companies to invest in the state.
He added that the government is keen on encouraging investment in every district of Andhra Pradesh and emphasized that each district has a suitable environment for investment.
Lokesh stated that the government is working towards ensuring airport connectivity for every district in the state and expressed confidence that this goal would be achieved soon.
Lokesh mentioned that the government is planning to invest in developing the infrastructure in the Visakhapatnam region, aiming to transform it into a hub for electronics and information technology. He also highlighted that special attention is being given to green energy.
The Andhra Pradesh government has been actively taking steps to attract investments, which had significantly declined over the past five years under the YCP administration.
