National Media is abuzz with the speculations of massive shuffle in the Union Cabinet. It is said that Modi may change Arun Jaitley from Finance to Defense and bring his Piyush Goyal to Finance. Piyush Goyal is one of the best performing ministers in Modi’s cabinet.

Piyush is also very close to Chandrababu Naidu and worked with him closely in making AP a topper in Power reforms. If he really manages to get the crucial Finance portfolio, it will be definitely advantage to Chandrababu Naidu and AP.
But some say whoever may be in the Finance portfolio, finally it is up to Narendra Modi and Amit Shah to make any allocations to Andhra Pradesh. But it is not a crime to be optimistic.
