Alliance with BJP may prove to be very costly for TDP in Telangana. TRS is campaigning heavily in the city and is ahead of all the parties in the crucial elections. TDP and Congress started late but is making quick inroads in the campaigning.

However BJP seem to be totally out of plot and is seen no where in sight in the campaign race. Besides campaigning, BJP is also battling with the internal issues. Even as the end of campaign is nearing, BJP is still battling with its senior leaders annoyed with the party.
If BJP do not recover immediately, it will be a very tough time for TDP as well which left more than 60 seats to the saffron party as the party of the alliance. The polling for the crucial elections will happen on February 2nd.
