A contingent of Tollywood people met Chief Minister Revanth Reddy today in the wake of the stalemate between the Government and the industry after Allu Arjun‘s arrest.
The CM lambasted the industry people for expressing solidarity for Allu Arjun after the arrest as he thought it is a show of strength against the Government.
In the Assembly, he announced that there will be no Benefit Shows and Ticket Prices Hike for the remainder of his term. So the industry people rushed to the CM.
A person who attended the meeting specifically told M9 News that both the sides did not mention about the Benefit Shows and Ticket Prices Hike in the meeting.
But even as the meeting is happening. There were reports in the media that the CM refused to allow the Benefit Shows and Ticket Prices Hike. These reports also surfaced in a Channel rumored to be Revanth Reddy’s own channel.
There are doubts if these are leaks planted by the CMO.
While the Government did not announce any special assistance to the Industry, the CM asked the industry to promote the Good things of his Government.
