Enough Aerial Surverys! Time for KCR to take land route!

telangana cm kcr aerial surveyTelangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao is busy taking several aerial surveys regarding the land inspection for various projects. While the CM’s investor friendliness is to be appreciated, common man of the state still struggles to meet the Chief Minister. There were two instances in the last few days where common man tried to meet the CM and got arrested. A man tried to commit suicide after declined CM’s appointment and kin of Lumbini Park and Gokul Chat victims were arrested for trying to meet the CM.

Earlier in the united state, Former CM YS Rajasekhara Reddy had started “praja durbars” in which common people be allowed inside the Begumpet camp office in morning and evening sessions. Issues relating to pensions, ration cards, scholarships, fee reimbursement, Aarogyasri, housing etc. would be petitioned by the people and many of their problems would get instant solutions. The idea was a big hit and it was later continued by successive CMs K. Rosaiah and Kiran Kumar Reddy. But even after seven months in power, KCR has failed to provide any mechanism for people to air their grievances.

Forget about commoners, the CMO issued a circular recently to the security personnel asking them not to allow even MLAs, MPs and other public representatives to meet the CM unless they have prior appointments.
