ABN and TV9 aired interviews of Chandrababu Naidu and YS Jagan Mohan Reddy almost at a time.
I-PAC is running a campaign that Jagan’s interview is more watched on TV9’s YouTube Channel than ABN’s YouTube Channel and concluded that YSR Congress is winning.
This is a silly theory. Firstly, I-PAC is very strong on social media and is known for fudging the Views of YouTube videos.
They deploy fake views and also circulate the video on their social media teams to enhance the reach.
There is no such mechanism in TDP.
For an example, a few days ago, Bharathi Reddy gave a YouTube interview a few days ago and the video got very few views. I-PAC entered the scene and got the video deleted. It was uploaded once again and this time, the views are fudged. No other video on the channel performed so high as this video indicating what might have happened.
Keeping that aside, Jagan may naturally get some extra attention because he is someone who does not speak to the media or give interviews. Chandrababu, on the other side, is exposed to media day in day out. It is quite common for Jagan to get some extra attention. That does not say anything.
Also, Chandrababu is in a rally with Narendra Modi and Pawan Kalyan at the same time. It is natural that the attention is divided.
Also, TV9 has 12.1 Million Subscribers on YouTube while ABN has only 6.2 Million. That will also impact the Viewership.
If views indicate election results, elections will be conducted on YouTube, not on EVMs.
