Kuna Ajay Babu, editor of a website and who is also working as news editor of a regional newspaper in Hyderabad, is arrested for publishing a pre-poll survey which claims that the YSRCP candidate was going to win by a margin of 4551 votes.

He further claimed that the survey was based on an Intelligence report leaked from the AP CMO and was published by the Government of Andhra Pradesh logo. Police registered a case on the complaint filed by the Returning Officer.
The charges are the publication of poll surveys which is a violation of the Model Code of Conduct and circulating them on the fabricated document using the logo of AP Government and the name of Andhra Pradesh Intelligence Department.
