It is known that Nandamuri Suhasini contested from Kukatpally constituency in 2018 Telangana elections. She contested on TDP ticket. Back then, NTR and Kalyan Ram shared a tweet in support of their sister Suhasini, but didn’t campaign for her.
This time around, we are hearing reports that Suhasini might be switching from Telangana politics to Andhra Pradesh politics.
As per reports, Suhasini could be contesting in the forthcoming Andhra Pradesh election. She is said to be the favorite to get the TDP ticket from Chilakaluripeta MLA constituency in the coming election.
Meaning, she will contest against YCP’s Vidadala Rajini who is currently serving as a minister in Jagan cabinet. Suhasini could be taking on a sizeable opponent in her first election in Andhra Pradesh, that is of course if the rumors turn out to be true.
Notably, Vidadala Rajini was also with TDP in the past and she later switched to YCP. Now, TDP could be pitting Nandamuri Suhasini against her.
It has to be seen if NTR and Kalyan Ram will step out to campaign for their sister if she steps into Andhra Pradesh politics.
