Telangana government on the other day, hit a roadblock about its ambitious Palamuru and Dindi Projects in Supreme Court, as the apex court turned down Telangana’s argument that G.O.s given for survey in United State, means the projects have got all approvals. Supreme agreed to AP’s stance that these projects are new and have to be ratified by Apex Council.

But the statement of KCR that followed later is very confusing. KCR went on to say Supreme’s ruling cleared decks for the projects and they will be completed at jet speed. But happened there is totally different and contrast to what Telangana is arguing all these days. The projects will now have to be ratified by Apex Council which will also have AP officials.
These projects are now difficult as they are not as per norms and the current designs are likely to be agreed by the Apex Council. Then how KCR is welcoming the judgement is totally surprising. Probably, KCR is speaking in such a way not to accept the defeat after Supreme Court’s judgement. Confuse if you can not convince?
