Telangana Government is building office-cum-residences for all the MLAs in their Assembly constituency headquarters. These quarters will cost a whopping 119 Crore for the State Exchequer. CM KCR who is a staunch believer of Vaastu promised the MLAs that their buildings will also be Vaastu Compliant.

The government plans to build 104 in constituencies while the 15 MLAs from the city will get accommodations for office-cum-residence in the soon to be inaugurated new buildings at the New MLA Quarters. KCR is already in news for planning to demolish the existing secretariat due to its faulty Vaastu.
The chief minister also has a personal advisor on matters of Vaastu, Suddala Sudhakar Teja who was appointed in 2015 as an advisor to the government on architecture. Recently the government has extended his tenure by three more years.
