If the rumors doing rounds in Political Circles are to be believed, Telangana Rashtra Samiti will cease to exist after October 5th (Dasara). It will be replaced by KCR’s new party, Bharatiya Rashtra Samiti (BRS) which will be announced on the festival day.
Buzz is that BRS will be contesting in 150 Lok Sabha seats in states like Telangana, Karnataka, Maharashtra, and others. KCR is planning to retain TRS’s Pink color and car symbol.

The idea is to have car as the common symbol for all the 150 candidates. It is interesting to note that KCR do not want to contest in Andhra Pradesh as he does not want the party to be involved in AP – Telangana tussle since BRS will have nationalistic ideals.
Also, KCR contesting in Andhra Pradesh means the ‘anti-Chandrababu’ vote will split. KCR helped Jagan in 2019 to defeat Chandrababu Naidu.

But then, their relations also got stained later on but still KCR would always pick Jagan over Chandrababu. Hence the decision that BRS would not contest in Andhra Pradesh.
After the announcement, KCR is planning a huge public meeting in Hindi Heartland in Delhi, Lucknow, or Patna. KCR is likely to touch the issues of agrarian crisis and the welfare schemes implemented in Telangana as the poll agenda.
