Kishan Reddy got a very good portfolio among the five Telugu Central Ministers.
HD Kumaraswamy of JD(S) got the important portfolio of Heavy Industries and Steel. That means it is not entirely allies not having Bargaining Power.
It looks more like Chandrababu Naidu prioritising the interests of the state over these Portfolios. If HD Kumaraswamy with just 2 MPs could extract an important portfolio, Naidu with 16 MPs would have done even better.
