YSR Congress, Roja who is currently facing one year suspension from Andhra Pradesh Assembly will now have to face legal issues as well. Payakaraopeta MLA, Anita who was abused by Roja filed a one Crore defamation case on the YSR Congress MLA.

Roja used the most abusive and poor taste comments on Anitha’s personal life. Anitha said that these comments severely affected her personal life and so is proceeding with the legal cases.
Since Anitha is also an SC MLA, this case will prove a tough nut to crack for Roja as well as the party. Initially, Chandrababu reportedly thought of leaving the issue to the Speaker since it happen in the Assembly. But as the issue is regarding modesty of Anitha, he reportedly gave his go ahead in the issue.
