Education Minister Nara Lokesh recently announced that the government of Andhra Pradesh is collaborating with the Federation of Indian Industries to promote the state’s development. He is pushing from his side to ensure that maximum employment is created in the state in the next five years.

Recently, he stated that their government is committed to creating a more business-friendly environment.

Lokesh recently addressed the media in Vijayawada and said, “We are committed to creating 20 lakh jobs over the next five years. Within a month, we will establish an Economic Development Board. We actively seek investments, and AP is preparing skilled human resources to meet industry needs.”

Lokesh also referred to Hyderabad’s growth in terms of development. He even referred to Hyderabad’s Genome Valley and IT corridors.

Lokesh said companies like Kia Motors have successfully operated in Andhra Pradesh. He also hoped that more such companies would be set up in the state and drive the economy forward, along with creating employment.




Lokesh also highlighted the government’s plans to support Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Furthermore, Bharat Biotech MD Suchitra Ella, who was also at the meeting, suggested setting up an agri-biotech cluster in the state.
