Novotel is set to bring luxury hospitality to Amaravati with a new 5-star hotel. Spread over 4 acres, the hotel will cost Rs 220 crore and is expected to open by the end of 2027. The site is located in Lingayapalem, and site clearance has already begun.
Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu has emphasised developing the hospitality sector as part of the state’s growth strategy. Promoting tourism is also a key goal, and having world-renowned hotels in Amaravati will make the capital more appealing for visitors.
With several global projects underway in Amaravati, international-standard hotels are essential. Novotel’s entry marks a step forward in luxury hospitality. Residents are hopeful that more premium hotel brands will establish themselves in Amaravati in the coming years.
