YS Jagan Mohan Reddy reportedly appointed Political Strategist Prashant Kishor to take on TDP in the next elections by a whopping 250 Crore. This appointment is creating new problems for YSR Congress as the party is vertically split over Jagan giving undue prominence to Prashant Kishor.

From the day one, Party leaders are of the opinion that Prashant Kishor who hails from North India (Bihar) is not fit for South Politics particularly Andhra Politics. Many of them say the two years will not be sufficient for him to learn about the social and political combinations in AP.
But then, Prashant claims to have got well versed about it in months time and already started coming up with surveys even though the party denies it. Sources say that he recommended that at least 25 out the sitting MLAs should not be given tickets the next time. These MLAs are already worried and are looking for other options.
Jagan even directed the District and Constituency Incharges to follow the directions of Prashant Kishor who asked them not to move an inch without his instructions which have hurt their ego. Insiders tells us that Prashant Kishor’s Appointment may bring more trouble to YSR Congress than TDP at least for now.
