Taliban is creating horror in Pakistan by attacking naive school kids on Tuesday. Atleast ten armed terrorists in military uniform attacked a army school in the Pakistani city of Peshawar. As soon as they entered the school, explosions were heard and as many as 126 were reported dead as per the latest reports. Out of 126 dead, 125 were learnt to be school children.
Talibans shamelessly announced that they are responsible for the attack and tried to justify their heinous attack saying that ‘this is an answer to the army for their military action on terrorists’. There were sounds of grenade attacks and rifles firing inside the school. Terrified parents are seen thronging and it has become a mammoth task for the army to keep them under control.
According to the latest reports available, the army had pinned down about 5 gunmen and brought three blocks of the school under control. Still some portions of the school are under terrorist control. Pak army is trying to bring the situation under control. Pakistan has declared three days as national mourning days and Pakistan Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif vowed that he is going to erase terrorism from Pakistan completely. He describes this as ‘National Loss’.
The military action is still on and there are hundreds of children (approx 400) still held hostage by the terrorists. Terrorists say this is their revenge for the military action on North Waziristan by the Pak army. There is a world-wide outcry on such cowardly act of the terrorists and they choosing the innocent school kids is not comprehensible and inhuman.
