Amidst the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) raids and his son’s arrest, former YCP Minister Jogi Ramesh finds himself falling into another legal soup.

The police department issued him a notice to appear for questioning in connection with the 2021 attack on Chandrababu Naidu’s house. Jogi Ramesh has been asked to attend the questioning this evening at the DSP office in Mangalagiri.
Earlier this morning, ACB officials raided Jogi Ramesh’s house in Ibrahimpatnam as part of their investigation into the Agri Gold scam.

Reportedly, Ramesh’s son Jogi Rajeev and his uncle Jogi Venkaeshwara Rao illegally grabbed Agri Gold’s lands which were attached to the Crime Investigation Department. They changed the survey numbers, forged the documents and seized the lands.
As a result, Rajeev was arrested by ACB officials for manipulating land documents and illegally seizing Agri Gold lands.

A case has been filed against Rajeev under IPC Sections 120B, 420, PC Act Sections 7 and 12, and Section 4 of the AP Land Grabbing Act.
After these incidents, Jogi Ramesh was summoned by the Mangalagiri police to attend questioning this evening.
Ramesh is facing allegations of attempting to attack Chandrababu Naidu’s residence in Undavalli in 2021, during the YSR Congress Party’s regime.
