Telangana Congress is trying its level best to corner the government in the Assembly session which began the other day. But then, the opposition party seems to be clueless about how to counter the government and is ignoring important issues.

Recently, CAG found large-scale misuse of funds in Mission Kakatiya. Out of 2500 Crore works done so far, CAG said 65% were misused. CAG also revealed that 41% of the works taken are totally useless while 23% of works are already taken up in the past and are just taken up with shippon funds.
Congress should have taken up the issue and could have easily pinned down Harish Rao, the concerned minister. Harish is also handling legislative affairs and so it would have been handy. But Congress seems to be hollow and clueless.
