Three Years For Jagan: Three Urgent Reminders!

Three Years For Jagan: Three Urgent Reminders!YS Jagan Mohan Reddy took oath as the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh on the same day in 2019. That means he has completed three years in the office.

Tweeting on this occasion, Jagan wished people to continue their love and affection forever as to how they did in 2019. But then, for people to do that, Jagan has to act immediately on three things ignored by him in three years.

1. Special Status: After making big claims in the Opposition, Jagan dumped the issue immediately after coming to power. BJP needs YSRCP’s support in the upcoming President’s attention, Jagan can easily use it as a bargaining chip to get the Special Status.

2. Polavaram: In the name of reverse tendering, the Polavaram contractor has been changed. Forget savings, the extra cost has been incurred now and the project is not moving at all. Thanks to the claims of Jagan completing it with 2014 rates in the Opposition, the Center is not approving the latest rates.

It’s time Jagan speed up the project and complete it by 2024 as claimed earlier.

3. Amaravati: Eight years have passed after the bifurcation, and Andhra Pradesh continues to have no capital thanks to the three capitals idea. It’s high time Jagan ends the confusion once and for all and starts Amaravati’s works. The tears of farmers who have given their lands for the capital are not good for the state.

There are many other issues like the pressing need of bettering the basic infrastructure like roads, adopting better investor policies to bring investments, etc.
