Vallabhaneni Vamsi was out of jail after spending behind the bars for 137 days.
He was initially arrested in Satyavardhan’s Kidnap cases, and later, eleven cases were filed against him.

After getting bail in all the cases, he was released from jail the other day.

YSRCP sources say that Vamsi discussed cases, prison life, and future politics with Jagan.
They also say that Vamsi informed Jagan that he is likely to take a break from Politics for at least two years.

He reportedly told Jagan that he will stay in Hyderabad to stay away from the watch of the Government and will become active only when the election mood set in.
“My health also deteriorated in jail, and so, I need a break to recuperate,” he reportedly added.
Sources say that Jagan did not tell him anything.
Vamsi’s followers were also upset with the party.
They are of the opinion that Jagan did nothing to help Vamsi, and the former MLA had to fight his own battle.
There is a dissatisfaction in Vamsi’s followers that he is being discriminated against because he is from the Kamma Community.
There is a broader opinion that Kamma leaders are second-grade citizens in the YSR Congress.
But then, Vamsi does not have any options politically, and so, he has to stick with YSR Congress.
The big question is, will Jagan allow the break Vamsi is asking or will he have a new in-charge to Gannavaram?
Thanks to his jail stint, Vamsi is almost unrecognizable.
The 53-year-old leader looked as if he were an 80-year-old.
Vamsi always maintained his glamour well, neatly groomed and dressed, but jail life changed everything.
But the 137 days of Jail Stint changed everything.
He visited Jagan Mohan Reddy in the same look, and it looks like he will continue the same look.
