Polling in Andhra Pradesh has finally come to an end today with the completion of phase two voting in Seemandhra districts few hours ago. And with it all the pre poll analysis and surveys and predictions too have come to an end today. All that counts now is final vote of the voter expressing their mandate. What this also means is new post poll ‘tamasha’ beginning as well.
Both the party heads have expressed their pleasure with the voter turnout and seethed confidence about their victory. However Chandra Babu Naidu clearly looked like happier person among the two, may be the reports from the polling are already trickling in to him. The TDP chief seemed very pleased with the voter turnout and said that the more people came to vote the confident he felt about his win in the elections.
He made a special mention of Narendra Modi and Pawan Kalyan for their support and said that he called them and expressed his happiness with the polling that has happened today. For the past few days there has been excessive target on Pawan Kalyan and today there has been too much violence across the polling booths and these things showed the lack of confidence of the opposition, he said.
As said at the start now the post poll results ‘tamasha’ would be set into motion. Everyone will come up with a result and survey of their own but what most people will be looking forward to would be the final post poll prediction of Lagadapati Rajgopal. Going by the booth talk it looks like he has got it right one more time. Let us look forward to for his next press meet to clear the air.
