The 400 acres land in Kancha Gachibowli has become a massive controversial topic in Telangana Politics. The Public Sentiment is against Revanth Reddy‘s plan to clear off the land and auction.
But the Government is very keen as monetizing this land is very important to fund the freebies that are promised. So Revanth Reddy is not relenting.

Meanwhile, BRS is trying to play to the Galleries on this issue. BRS Working President K Taraka Ramarao made a big statement on the issue.
“In three years, BRS will come to Power and will convert the 400 acres land into a huge Eco-Park. We will take back every inch of land whosoever buys there,” KTR announced.

Probably KTR is setting a Wrong Precedent with this announcement.
It is completely justified to stop this Project as the Public Sentiment is against it. But then the statement given by KTR is completely irresponsible.

So what will the BRS do if an IT Park is constructed there? What will they do if a Gated Community was constructed there? Will the Government demolish everything?
If that is the way forward, what if Revanth Reddy does the same to all the Projects of the earlier BRS regime? Where will that end?
KTR at least should wait for three years but Revanth Reddy need not wait.
Between 2019 and 2024, YS Jagan Mohan Reddy did the same to Praja Vedhika and Amaravati. We have seen how the People rejected that mindset.
So if KTR is talking in the Same Language, will people appreciate?
Meanwhile, the issue has now reached the Supreme Court. The Apex Court ordered the Registrar of Telangana High Court to give a detailed report. We will have to see what the Court decides.
